X charges Posteora per post and ranks posts with links lower, and every network holds the app responsible for spam, so the caps protect your account and ours.

Why does X have its own cap on Pro?

X charges Posteora per post through its API, and a post with a link costs about 13 times a plain one and ranks lower in X's feed. Pro includes about 20 posts with links or 260 plain posts a month on X, with a daily cap of 5 and at most 1 with a link per day. If you post more than that on X, connect your own X API key: no extra charge from us, just write to support@posteora.com.

What does fair use mean?

Pro has no monthly post cap. We review an account when it passes 600 posts on one network in a month, and we write to you before anything changes. The daily caps per network in the platform notes apply on every plan.

What happens when I downgrade?

You keep every connected network and only the limits change: 10 posts a month, 5 AI credits a day, 14 days ahead, 10 posts queued at a time, 100 MB of media. Cancel in one click from the billing portal; nothing to email, nothing to disconnect.

What can the assistant do on Free?

Everything it can do on Pro, within the Free limits: list your networks, draft in your voice, preview the fit and the cost, publish, and schedule up to 14 days ahead. The server tells every assistant to preview first and wait for your yes. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Claude Code from AI Assistants; the setup is on the MCP page.
